In this role, Pastor Venn seeks to bring Awareness, Acceptance, and Action (3 A’s), to the Adventist Church, of God’s calling and gifting of all persons who have possibilities! This global initiative of the Seventh-day Adventist Church encompasses ministry for and with those with different abilities, such as the Deaf community and others with hearing impairments, individuals who experience blindness or low vision, orphans and vulnerable children, and those with mental health / learning disabilities and mobility challenges. It also seeks to provide support for caregivers of these groups. The motto for this initiative is “All are gifted, needed, and treasured!” Each one can do their part to make disciples and share the Three Angels’ Messages of Revelation 14:6-12 to the 1.3 billion people in these groups, many of whom are unreached by the last day message of hope as shared by the Adventist Church.
